We are delighted to be retained by a leading European Asset Manager to find them a Senior Reward Manager to join their new London HQ (Bank). This exciting newly created role will be responsible for establishing a ground up reward function, ensuring the policies, processes and structures align with both personal and fund performance. Twice voted European Fund of The Year, this rapidly expanding business is attracting key staff globally and is steadily building out it's footprint to capitalise on their successes. Reporting into the Reward Director, you will serve as a crucial SME on compensation and deferred compensation plans within the business. Duties will include managing and co-ordinating the annual bonus and salary review process - creating the annual timetable, moderate bonus and salary proposals and prepare analysis as required. You will prepare the annual Total Reward Statements for employees as well as creation of accompanying factsheets explaining structure of compensation and prepare relevant papers for management/Board illustrating and analysing compensation structure and spend. The firm is only looking to meet candidates with previous compensation experience gained within Investment or Asset Management, or reward consulting within financial services, together with great attention to detail.
