For the role of Senior Reward Specialist you will be joining the company's HR team and a Reward team of 3. You will be reporting in to the Total Head of Reward, acting as their number 2, providing Reward consulting services to HR and various people leaders by researching and analysing complex compensation, exec comp and equity situations. You'll ne managing tactical total reward activities for UK&I plus Asia, preparing analytics, producing reports, recommendations and proposals. The role will include supporting reward projects, benchmarking, pay analysis, performance management and plan design and job evaluations. You'll be generating and interpreting complex reports from large databases to manage employee data, and external market information.
This role is offering a competitive compensation package and although initially being a 6 month contract, will have the opportunity to go permanent if a good fit for both parties.
To be considered for this role you must be a Reward Specialist of Manager level. Professional or financial services sector experience is a bonus but it's essential you have evidence of collaborating with colleagues and completing year end compensation processes. Ideally you will have experience running and managing projects. You should be available on short notice and happy to complete a contract role.
