This is a firm whose senior executive team personally called each of their 20000+ employees throughout lockdown to ensure that they were coping well during last year's disruption and offered support to those who needed it.

I am supporting my client with their search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for sourcing executive hires across their EMEA and South America regions which have recently been merged within their new Global structure. This role will be integral to this brand new team, receiving the firm's full financial backing and support in order to identify and engage with top executive talent for their various regional bases.

My client is looking for someone who will be a trusted advisor in topics related to market dynamics, diversity attraction and sourcing tech and trends. This will involve: generating leads, making good use of referrals, headhunting, alumni networks and Boolean searches whilst using sourcing metrics to continuously optimize their sourcing and advice to stakeholders.

Beneficial experience:

- Experience working with and sourcing for experienced hire or executive talent

- Having worked in a Professional Services environment would be great, but I am open to discussing with candidates who have come from another corporate environment

- Direct talent sourcing experience through a variety of methods

Candidates who would do well in this role would be those who are humble, considered and commercially minded but very content focused. It is important that you are hard working and driven with an analytical mind.
