Job Description

The client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing Human Resources department and assist in delivering a full administrative service. This role will predominately be responsible for all recruitment administration and coordination to provide comprehensive support to the wider Talent Acquisition team.

Within this role, you will oversee a number of responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Processing new joiners/leavers and ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed,
  • Scheduling and coordinating a high volume of interviews between candidates and interviewer panels and preparing necessary paperwork as and where required.
  • Providing support in preparing interview question packs, interview note taking and screening CVs and pre-screening candidates as well as participating in face-to-face interviews.
  • Provide comprehensive support for recruitment projects, process enhancements and audits as well as support the wider HR team to further develop skills and gain exposure.

Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should have the following skills, experience, and knowledge in order to succeed in this role.

  • Relevant administration/coordination experience with a good understanding of recruitment processes
  • Familiarity with working within a fast-paced environment, working across a variety of departments
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Proficiencies in Microsoft Office (including but not limited to Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work to timeframes efficiently
  • Discretion and a good understanding of and adherence to rules and principles of data protection and confidentiality
  • Commercial awareness and ability to evaluate people risk
  • Ability to create collaborative partnerships with the team, internal and external stakeholders as well as with candidates
  • Proven track record of managing and resolving competing priorities
