With over 35 offices around the globe and over 50 years experience within the industry, this creditable travel organisation offers a range of products and services to its customers across more than 160 countries.
As the internal recruiter, you will sit within the wider HR team and be responsible for attracting, engaging and recruiting the best talent in the market. Building strong relationships with hiring managers you will grow to understand what the key skills needed are for each division, allowing you to work collaboratively on succession planning and the forecasting of future hires. Keen to do as much as they can directly, you will build talent pools and pipeline potential talent for the business as well as managing job boards and using these as a method of direct sourcing. After an offer is accepted, you will be involved in the induction process, ensuring new hires get a strong welcome into the business, setting them up for success.
The ideal candidate for this role will have 2 - 5 years experience in a 360 recruitment role with strong experience working with a variety of stakeholders, and used to establishing best practice and using standardised processes.
This role is a great opportunity for someone wanting to make the move in-house or someone currently in an in-house role wanting to take ownership of the internal hiring process.
