Our client, a top tier Financial Services company with a culture centered around innovation, strategy and technology, is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join their rapidly growing Campus Recruiting team. As a Talent Acquisition Lead you will partner with stakeholders at all levels across the organization to support their campus recruiting team in finding and attracting the world's top tech talent. Your role will vary from recruiting operations and support, event management and execution, engaging and qualifying undergraduate and graduate level tech talent, and partnering more broadly across the Human Capital team on various strategic HR and Recruiting initiatives.
