Our client is a reputable key player in the aerospace industry, with a significant presence globally. With their strong global network, outstanding results and consistent growth across the region, they are presently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for their regional corporate office in Singapore.
Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, you will develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, processes and programs to drive effective recruitment. You will partner with business managers to acquire the best talent to meet business needs. You should be able to create, build and maintain a network and pipeline of potential talent to fill future and planned roles. The individual will also collaborate with institutions to run campus recruitment programs.
The successful applicant
Ideally, you should be equipped with a Bachelor's degree and have at least 6-10 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting experience in large organizations, preferably with in-house talent acquisition experiences. The successful individual should be driven, motivated and someone who possess the right levels of EQ to navigate around difficult conversations with senior stakeholders. The individual should be able to handle volume hiring and be familar in organising career fairs. You should also be experienced in handling a team.
