This leading international law firm is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join its team.
A newly carved role for the business, this position will see the successful candidate proactively involved in not only delivery but focusing more so on strategic project activity for the firm.
As part of a wider TA function and reporting into the Head of Recruitment this position will see you supporting on more senior business services role, partnering with key stakeholders and delivering a seamless recruitment services across it wide spectrum of support functions.
The other aspect of the role will be to focus on the strategic and more project driven aspects. This will include working collaboratively with the D&I teams to ensure the overall firms commitment to its key values are core throughout recruitment processes and campaigns. Looking at process improvement across all areas of the TA function and ensuring best practice at all times. You will use data and metrics to identify trends and use this information to help make key decisions for the business.
The firm is looking to meet with solid talent acquisition professionals who are looking for a role which not only allows them to deliver the best candidates for the firm but also someone who enjoys adding value from a strategic perspective into the function as well.
You will ideally already be operating at Manager level and will have worked within a partnership, professional services environment.
