A global & innovative management consultancy with a specialism in financial services are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their London based UK team.
Reporting into the Global Recruitment Lead; your role will be to lead the recruitment team for the UK, work collaboratively with all senior leaders in the business including the CEO, ensuring that business needs are met, alongside working to the strategic direction.
You will manage a recruitment assistant and build the team as required.
Key responsibilities will include:
- End to end recruitment
- Business Partnering and stakeholder management
- Recruitment and delivery
- At least 2-3 years' expereince of recruiting in a professional or financial services organisation. If you have worked in a management consultancy is highly desirable.
- Driven, ambitious with an entreprenerial style
Salary will depend on experience, up to £65k + bonus + benefits
