I am looking for a confident, dynamic Internal Recruiter to join the HR team as a Talent Acquisition Partner. You will join the HR team as the sole recruiter responsible for the full recruitment cycle. You will be a true partner to stakeholders across the business, from discussing recruitment strategy to defining roles and sourcing candidates.
In this role you will recruit across the business including roles in Sales, Marketing, IT, Events and Finance. They typically hire most of their roles directly so they will be looking for you to evidence strong direct sourcing skills. In your role you will coach managers through the recruitment process as well as get involved in projects such as implementing a new ATS and running assessment centres. You will also be able to get involved in wider HR work including succession planning, salary benchmarking, looking at internal skills gaps and wider HR projects.
The business are looking for a recruiter who has existing in-house experience across corporate functions in order to hit the ground running as it is a fast paced environment and you'll be operating in a standalone recruitment capacity. You'll be an excellent communicator, who is able to build relationships with stakeholders across the organisation as well as provide a fantastic candidate experience to applicants during the recruitment process.

Salary: £35-40,000 + Benefits including flexible working (2-3 days in the office per week)
