We have an opportunity working for a leading banking and financial services organisation who are actively seeking two Talent Acquisition Partners to join their growing TA function on a permanent basis.
The position will be based in the City, London and will also offer hybrid office working (3 days) and remotely (2 days).
You will be responsible to drive recruitment excellence for a portfolio of professional and SME vacancies across the bank. To strengthen the firms' capabilities, you will be identifying and utilising active and passive sourcing strategies to attract and recruit a diverse talent pool into the firm.
The successful candidate will ideally be a diversified 360 recruitment experience (In-house and / or recruitment agency), ideally within the financial services and / or technology industry. You will also have excellent direct sourcing capabilities utilising active and passive sourcing channels as well as interviewing techniques, strong, exposure recruiting vacancies within the IT / technology space would be advantageous, and experience in crafting inclusive job adverts, interview questions and other hiring material that contain non-biased language.
You will also have excellent stakeholder management and ability to create collaborative partnerships to become a trusted partner for hiring managers
