Having doubled in headcount and revenues in the past 18 months, you'll be joining at a time of rapid and continued growth.

With a specific focus on Digital & Data Science, you'll manage the global delivery of recruitment for the CF department, liaising with stakeholders and leading on various projects too.

Previous experience or at least a strong interest in the sustainability/environment sectors is ideal, allied to previous recruitment experience in a fast paced high growth environment.
