We're working with a well-known, reputable investor services firm as they look to hire a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager to support the business across North America. The firm is in the midst of an exciting transformation with HR/recruitment being reshaped to support the evolving needs of the business, which is poised for considerable growth looking forward. The company is being integrated into another company which has acquired them later this year. This TA Senior Manager will lead a team of 10 domestic recruiters, with 3 direct reports aligned to functional areas of the business; Systems/Tech, Service Delivery, and all other functional areas. The recruitment team will be closely aligned with a highly engaged and collaborative HR team.
Our client is seeking candidates with 10+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in the financial services sector, with ideally 5 years of experience in a team leadership capacity. Our client is seeking a TA team leader who is comfortable operating as a player/coach, with passion for recruitment, intellectual curiosity, the ability to understand the business and their talent needs, as well as build credible, trusted relationships with the business, and someone who goes the extra mile to lead the team in identifying and hiring the best possible talent. Prior experience with Workday Recruiter would be a plus.
Our client is open to considering candidates based in Boston, MA or Jersey City, NJ. This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working onsite at the local office as needed, but allowing discretion in determining when to work onsite or offsite.
