$100-$115K + super
Our client is a large, diversified business with operations across the globe. With multiple sites across Sydney & Australia they have a varied mix of specialist & technical roles, blue collar and corporate positions.
Due to growth, they have a newly created opportunity for a talented & energetic recruiter to join their established & collaborative Talent Acquisition team.
Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, you will largely support a dedicated portfolio with the entire recruitment life cycle.
- Partner with the business to understand talent needs now & for the future
- End to end recruitment of blue- & white-collar roles
- Create recruitment campaigns to generate talent pools
- Talent Acquisition projects such as EVP and Diversity & Inclusion.
A recruitment professional, you will have managed a varied portfolio of role types including blue-collar/industrial positions. Open to experience either from an agency or in-house recruitment team, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable influencing stakeholders.
Initially a six-month contract with an immediate start, there is a high potential for a permanent position.
