Our client, a revered global professional services firm is seeking an innovative Talent Development and Learning and Development professional to serve as their Americas Talent Lead. The ideal hire will have at least 8 years of relevant experience and will join their well established and high caliber HR team to focus on the development and learning offerings for largely non partner Consulting Talent across the Americas.
The Regional Talent Lead is responsible for Learning Development and Professional Development cross the region with a focus on the consultant population. This role will partner closely with the Global Head of Diversity Belonging and Development and the Learning and Development team, who develop and provide global processes, initiatives and roadmaps for local delivery of programs. A global L&D team creates and delivers training programs and development programs. This role will partner with global teams to set standards and and drive adoption locally. You'll keep a pulse on the success and smooth runnings on all initiatives in the region while continually providing feedback to global heads. The Talent Lead would also be responsible for determining local needs, creating programs in response and delivering them.
Sitting regularly in any of the firm's locations (Chicago, DC, Boston, Dallas, New York, or San Francisco) this creative and innovative Talent and Learning professional will offer experience out of management consulting or financial / professional services environments known for intellectual rigor and a high talent bar. Designing and delivering bespoke local and regional talent, leadership and learning and development programs at the consultant level, this hire will be a skilled project manager with a passion for developing talent.
