Talent Development Manager

My client is looking for an experienced and proven Talent Manager for this newly created role. Reporting to the HR Director you will be working with managers and senior stakeholders as well as the wider Group.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Partnering senior stakeholders on future talent and succession planning
  • Proactive support to business leaders in the creation and development of high performing teams
  • Overseeing leadership and mentoring programmes
  • Working with managers in identifying and implementing individual & organisational development plans
  • Designing and developing a range of learning interventions
  • Exec coaching
  • Responsible for overseeing administration of the apprenticeship levy and co-ordinating the training budgets

My client is looking for an experienced Talent Manager, with broad experience across talent development and talent management. You will be used to working in a fast-paced business with the ability to understand and interpret business & stakeholder needs, converting them into a Talent & Development strategy, with lasting impact.

You will be an excellent communicator, able to challenge & influence senior stakeholders as well as experience of exec coaching.
