I'm currently working with a leading international Insurance group on a Talent Manager role for 12 months. The position is a newly created role to support the business in developing their talent and performance management strategy. You will report into the Group Head of People & OD and have the opportunity to build the frameworks from scratch and deliver on a key piece work for the organisation.
The focus of the role will be to support Talent and Performance delivery for the Top 100 and critical roles including goal setting, talent review, succession planning etc. You will also need to partner with HRBP's and the business to understand and build a diverse talent landscape, whilst reviewing and evolving the talent framework.
Other objectives will be to lead on the re-design of the performance management approach in partnership with Reward and HRBPs including process and systems, plus leading on the engagement strategy across the Group and deploying key initiatives including the Global People Survey.
The business is looking for someone with specialist experience within the talent and OD space with an understanding of commercial drivers and experience devising solutions with impact. The role requires a strong relationship builder and someone who is able to translate strategic agenda into deliverable initiatives. Experience of working in a global matrix would be preferred and you must be available to start in the next few weeks.
