Our client, a performance analytics and wearable sports technology organization, located in Boston, MA is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner. This will their 1st TA hire in the US and this person will be tasked with building out their talent function as individual contributor which includes creating a sourcing strategy, full cycle recruiting, DEI initiatives. They need someone who is collaborative, creative and a true team player with strong influencing skills. The majority of the executive team sits in Boston so this will be a highly visible role reporting directly to the Chief People Officer in London. They are operating in a hybrid model of 2/3 days in the office. Our client is offering a competitive base salary plus a short term incentive equity plan with benefits starting Day 1 and a 401K match.
