My client a Private Healthcare business are looking to hire a Talent Business Partner supporting their Nursing recruitment strategy on 3-6-month fixed term contract that could extend.
In this role you will partner with the senior stakeholders across the nursing unit to drive and shape the talent strategy working with internal and external clients.
You will be working with stakeholders advising on workforce planning, organizational development, job role design and workforce structures. Working with the external RPO you will also support the career branding strategy to promote the business as an employer of choice.
To carry out this role you must have strong experience in nursing recruitment within an acute healthcare environment . The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have in-house or RPO experience.
