I have partnered with a global fintech business, seeking a Technology Recruiter to come in and support on key EMEA hiring. The business has gone from strength to strength and has three core product lines across Capital Markets, Merchant Solutions and Banking Solutions. Through growth in terms of acquisition and organic the environment is extremely pacey and requires recruiters who have extremely strong stakeholder management skills.
As a team the recruitment function is over 35 across EMEA, supporting both the client needs but also working hand in hand on their direct hiring. The Technology Recruiter will be expected to mirror the 90% direct hiring model, have an understanding of the multiple technology streams within the fintech world as well as helping to guide and mentor some of the younger team members.
There is going to be a focus on hiring in the e-commerce space, owing the full 360 recruitment cycle as well as rolling the sleeves up and leading from the front. As the business is growing and evolving the recruitment team needs to understand how to adapt processes and hiring strategies on the fly so a Technology Recruiter coming out of a global and matrixed environment will be crucial.
This role is paying on a day rate, PAYE and initially a 6 month contract. The EMEA TA Lead needs someone in ASAP so longer notice periods wont work unfortunately.
