Frazer Jones is now partnering exclusively with one of the leading names in the Sports and Fashion industry to source a Reward Analyst/Administrator on a permanent basis. The role will offer a really good mix of duties and is perfectly positioned for someone with exposure to Compensation, Benefits or currently working as an HR Administrator.
This is a unique opportunity for a HR, Reward, Benefits or Compensation Administrator to develop a career in the field of Reward. Reporting into the Total Reward Manager, this role offers a great runway to develop your skills and experience across total reward and have one-on-one coaching from the Manager.
You will support their employees across EMEA/APAC (c2.5k) and the business is forecasting significant expansion across 2022 and 2023.
Duties will include:
- Assisting in the administration and coordination of UK benefit programmes including data uploads, invoices, payrolling of benefits, audits, pension change files and benefit provider reports.
- Manage UK monthly webinars and 121 appointments and all bookings
- Managing international employee benefit one pagers and HRIS document library for Total Rewards policies
- Responding to daily benefits queries and managing the UK Benefits inbox etc
Key qualities are great attention to detail, bags of common sense, solid Excel skills and any exposure to Workday or Darwin would be a real bonus but full training will be provided.
