Our client, a dynamic, but rapidly growing boutique Institutional Asset Management firm with both incredible history and long-term potential is seeking a skilled HR Systems Analyst ready to take on an impactful role on tight-knit Total Rewards and Systems team. Under the guidance of a fantastic leader, this individual will anchor the function from an HR data and systems perspective, while playing an integral role in both a systems implementation and bringing Total Rewards in house from a PEO model (accounting or compensation knowledge would be a plus). With under 200 employees, this highly prestigious yet warm and collegial firm will provide an HRIS or HR Data/Compensation Analyst with a few years of experience with truly career-making Total Rewards exposures at a comparatively early stage, all within the proverbial big fish small pond environment.
