We are delighted to be working with one of the biggest names in the wealth planning and preservation space, to find them a VP of Benefits Strategy. This newly created role will focus on supporting their EMEA population (but with strong linkage globally) on the strategic development and plan design side of their provision, promoting a best in class philosophy, ensuring that local plans can also be scaled into their global model. Significant value is placed upon the employee experience within their benefits provision and they are looking to meet candidates who can really move the employee engagement dial, leveraging technology to make the visible journey one that delights employees. Great emphasis is also placed on the quality of communications around provision choice and selection, therefore the business is looking to meet candidates who excel at designing socialisation strategies to help promote engagement and education, both at the end user population as well as the stakeholder audience. Key duties will be to develop the benefits provision, liaise with key vendors and deliver end-to-end execution of new benefit initiatives. Whilst the role is based in London, the business are looking to settle into a 3 days office, 2 days home type hybrid working arrangement.
