Our client is a well-known brand in the retail market and currently hiring their VP of Total Rewards based here in New York.
You will be responsible for a small team across Benefits, Compensation and HRIS supporting a population across the US of several thousand employees. Reporting to the CHRO you will be responsible for the Reward strategy and implementation with a focus on flawless execution, thoughtful communication and collaboration with the broader HR population and business leadership. The position requires presence in the NYC office 2 days per week to engage with leaders and the team.
