This is an outstanding opportunity for a VP Total Rewards, HR Analytics and HRIS to lead and direct the Total Rewards, International Mobility, Analytics and HRIS function for our client, globally. This person will be a key member of the HR Executive Team and contribute to the HR Transformation by establishing a state-of-the-art Center of Expertise for Total Rewards, Analytics and HRIS. This role will act as a strategic partner with the leadership team to ensure that all compensation and benefits programs align with the strategic goals of the company and support driving a high-performance culture by rewarding and attracting top talent. The position will also leverage the HRIS platform and provide analytical tools that align with talent development, workforce planning and best in class HR analytics.
We are looking for a high calibre Reward professional with proven experience leading Compensation & Benefits, International Mobility and Analytics and HRIS on a global or multi-regional basis. Experience leading Total Rewards strategies for an independent group would be particularly useful. A proven track record of working cross-functionally and collaboratively at all levels will be key in this role. Experience working in an international work environment within multinational corporations is required, with experience gained within the engineering/industrial sectors a key advantage.
