An exciting opportunity has arisen at an innovative and pioneering global Engineering & Construction business in the City who are seeking a Business Analyst, on an initial 6 month FTC, to add to their rapidly growing team. In this role you will report directly to the European HR Director, and will lead and manage an end-to-end Workday HCM implementation for the business.
This is a rapidly growing business who have had huge successes over the past year across Europe and plan to increase their headcount by a further 100% throughout 2021. They have a fast paced and dynamic environment and you will play a critical role in the businesses continued growth and development. You will have demonstrable experience of managing Workday implementations end-to-end and have experience project managing transformation projects.
You will be passionate about HRIS and keen to take on a broad and varied role. You will be strategically minded, have experience partnering across EMEA, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and you'll be a true self-starter. You will be conscientious and team focused, and you will have experience of working in a start-up or fast paced dynamic business.
