Our client, a leading global Professional Services organisation, based in stunning offices in Central London, are seeking a Workday HR Systems Analyst to join their growing HR Product team. With over 1000 offices worldwide, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a large-scale Workday system implementation and launch across a truly global business. They are going live with Workday in August so are seeking individuals who are able to start as soon as possible.
The implementation will take place over multiple phases, with the first phase in August 2020 including the implementation of the Core HCM, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Recruiting & Talent/Performance modules. There will be further modules implemented in November this year as well as in 2021.
You will be joining the collaborative HR Product team, and will play a pivotal role in supporting on the day-to-day management of the Workday system, including providing ongoing maintenance as well as streamlining processes within the system, and carrying out systems configuration. You will also provide continual upskilling and training to the wider HR team on how best to utilise the system. Additionally, you will focus on maintaining data integrity within the system as well as testing, validating and implementing business process changes in Workday. You will also run ad-hoc reports from the system to support business enquiries and maintain the HCM security roles within Workday.
To take on this role, you need to demonstrate a sound understanding of and expertise of HR Systems, ideally Workday or a similar cloud-based system. You need to have HR Systems configuration experience and have strong reporting and data analytics skills. You will be able to accurately collate information and maintain data integrity within HR Systems, as well as having provided training or support to staff on HR Systems queries in the past. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail and strong communication skills. Experience of working within another Professional Services organisation is preferred but not essential for this role.
